Badhit Bal Vikas Kendra is a pioneer in the Hadauti District of Rajasthan in the field of education and rehabilitation for children with special needs, viz-a-viz hearing and visual impairment. It is a non profitable, non religious organization registered under the Rajasthan Societies Act 1958. It was started with seven children and with one teacher in a garage in 1975, is now one of the premier institutes in Rajasthan; providing special education to over 180 children from the rural and underprivileged section of society.
Affiliated to the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer (RBSE), the school provides FREE education to all its students. Keeping Social economic rehabilitation in mind, BBVK provides Vocational Training from Class VI upwards.
BBVK reaches out to the underprivileged section of society and to special children from the nearby rural areas by providing hostel/boarding facilities to all its students. All facilities are free of cost including meals, school uniform, woollen clothing, oil and soap, shoes and other day to day items.
More than with any other child the education of a child with impairment is of paramount importance as a school plays a greater role in the life of a child with special needs. The School is of immense value in order to equip each child with not just the adequate communication skills, academic knowledge and vocational skills to become independent and to secure a livelihood, but because it also contributes to his/her cognitive social and emotional growth as well as personality development. Thus the developmental role of the school cannot be overlooked and this is one of the main missions of BBVK.
Our mission is to educate and integrate them into the mainstream of society so that they can claim their rightful place as equal citizens in future and in return contribute to our society economically and socially actively.

It was in 1975 that late Shri Ganeshilal ji Raniwala, a businessman & philanthropist, and his son Shri Mahendra Kumar Raniwala started a school for the visually and hearing disabled with seven students and one teacher in a rented building.
With the help of a close group of friends and associates, Late Shri C.R. Das, Late Shri Sharan Devaliya, Sardar Daljeet Singh Sethi, Shri Kundan Lal Madan, Shri Nemi Chand Shah and Shri Trilok Chand Kothari all very eminent personalities, the father and son duo worked persistently to develop the school.
The school is recognized by the Education Department, Govt of Rajasthan and is affiliated to RBSE Ajmer, upto Class X for the hearing impaired and visually disabled children.
BBVK imparts Vocational Training for children who are amongst the most disadvantaged in our society have the opportunity to lead successful, productive and happy lives.
It is very important for the overall educational and social experience of a child. BBVK organize Sports & Scouting Events, Dance-Music-Drama Programs, Educational Trips regularly.
Medical Checkup Camps
We firmly believe that health care are the fundamental right of every child and no child should be deprived of these basic right. BBVK regularly organize health check up camps for children.
